Lucht, licht en de thermometer: een weergave van de klimaten van Cairo
Traditionally, studies of cities imply a description of its urban development, and an overall denomination of the different areas composing it. The visual landscape of the city usually prevails in these descriptions, and it overshadows other possible ways to envision the city. But other perspectives could have as well highlighted smells or sounds to give account of the city, which is, in our case, Cairo. Here, we will endeavor to sketch a climatic portrait of the Egyptian capital.
